What are your SLA timings?

We offer clear, reliable SLA’s that are designed for your business. For most issues we will respond within 1 hour during business hours, urgent problems are handled quicker.

Do you support both on‑site and remote workers?

As long as you have an internet connection we provide consistent and secure support. We aim to resolve most issues remotely, but on-site visits are available if required.

We have internal IT, can you still help?

Absolutely! We can work as an extra pair of hands or provide dedicated support for a specific item such as M365 / Azure. Some clients fully outsource to us, others we are an escalation point.

Do you support MacOS / Linux?

Yes – we support both MacOS along with Windows, and Ubuntu. 

If I switch will we face disruption?

No – we will liaise with your outgoing provider to ensure that any licenses, documentation and removals are dealt with in calm professional manner with no disruption to you and your business.

What does your onboarding process look like?

Everything starts with a coffee and a chat to discover how you are using your IT, we document your current setup, and send you a proposal.

Once that is approved we will then liase with your current IT Provider and secure your accounts, deploy our monitoring and introduce your team to us.
